Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role located in Singapore for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include:Meet and guide customers through renovation requirements, quotations, design proposals, floor plans and material selectionAdvise clients throughout the entire design process, providing expert advice and supportBuild and maintain strong relationships between clients, suppliers and various stakeholdersConduct regular site visits to ensure timely project progress
The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure successful project execution.
QualificationsSingaporean Citizens only.A diploma in interior design/technical engineering is required.Proven skills in project management, including planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope and budget.Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.Prior experience in the construction or interior design industry is advantageous.Proficiency in Malay is advantageous.
