Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer and Architect located in the Greater Surat Area. The role involves creating innovative and functional interior and architectural designs that align with client needs and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, developing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), collaborating with clients, and working closely with a dynamic team of professionals to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Qualifications
Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.Proficiency in Architecture and the preparation of detailed Construction Drawings to meet project requirements and standards.Experience with FF&E selection and coordination, including an understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings.Strong collaboration and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools is highly desirable.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
