About the OpportunityThis is not a sit back and observe internship. Youll work directly with the CEO of Private Label Staff and the operations team to support real business initiatives across recruiting, operations, and brand growth.If youre curious about how companies actually hire, scale, and growand want hands-on experience across multiple areas of a businessthis is a unique opportunity to learn fast and contribute meaningfully.
What Youll Be Working OnYoull support a mix of recruiting, project coordination, and content execution, including:Recruiting & Talent SupportAssist with sourcing candidates across LinkedIn and job platformsHelp organize and maintain candidate pipelinesConduct initial outreach and scheduling supportTrack candidate activity and update internal systemsOperations & Project CoordinationSupport ongoing client and internal projects with organization and follow-upsHelp manage timelines, trackers, and task listsAssist in building simple processes, templates, and documentationJump in where needed to keep things movingContent & Social MediaAssist with content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platformsHelp capture and organize behind-the-scenes content (especially during in-person time)Support posting, formatting, and light editingContribute ideas for content and brand growth
What Were Looking ForHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quicklySelf-starter who takes initiative and follows throughInterest in business, recruiting, marketing, or entrepreneurshipBased in or near Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra is a plus
