Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for an International Post Sales Manager in the Edtech/Education domain. The role involves managing post-sales relationships with international learners and institutional partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, course activation, and ongoing support. The International Post Sales Manager will handle queries related to admissions, program progression, and documentation, while coordinating closely with counseling, academic, and operations teams to resolve issues promptly.
Responsibilities include tracking learner satisfaction, managing renewals and upsell opportunities, preparing post-sales reports and performance dashboards, and implementing feedback to improve services and learner experience. The role also requires maintaining compliance with partner university processes, supporting global counseling centers, and representing Aimlay’s values in all client interactions.
Qualifications- Minimum 8 years of experience in Post Sales
- Post-sales and customer success skills, including client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder coordination in an education or Edtech environment.
- Team handling experience
- Handling Client relationship/ Customer retention
- Cross Sell/ Upsell
- Payment follow up
- International operations and communication skills, such as cross-cultural communication, global client handling, and experience working with overseas universities or partners.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with international education systems, lifelong learning programs, and counseling processes is beneficial.
