A leading multinational company within the building materials and infrastructure sector is seeking a Head of International Sales – Europe to drive the company's commercial expansion across European markets. We are looking for an experienced international sales professional with a strong background in business development within the building materials, piping systems, plumbing, HVAC, water infrastructure, construction products, or related industrial sectors. Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the European market.
Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership agreements. Track sales performance, KPIs, and business objectives. Support the development and expansion of the European commercial organization.
Bachelor's degree or higher. Preferred fields of study include International Business, Business Administration, International Trade, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction, Water Management, Materials Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
Proven experience within the building materials, piping systems, plumbing, water infrastructure, HVAC, construction products, or related industrial sectors. Strong B2B sales and distribution channel management experience. Existing network of customers, distributors, or industry contacts within Europe is highly desirable.
Fluent English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus. French, German, or Italian language skills are highly valued.
