Drive program effectiveness as an Administrative Coordinator in the President’s Department supporting Inuit content. Collaborate with government partners to enhance funding management processes. Your role involves supporting the Senior Strategic Advisor in advancing cultural and youth initiatives.
Effective in multiple languages, you will manage communications between program managers and monitor funding agreement requirements. With strong organizational skills, you will ensure deadlines are met while facilitating seamless program operations. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate communications with program managers and stakeholders • Support funding agreement compliance and monitoring • Assist in developing management tools for social programs • Facilitate data management processes for monitoring programs • Provide administrative assistance as required by the Senior Strategic Advisor Requirements: • University Degree in Management or similar • 4-6 years in administrative roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of Inuit cultural practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Utilize your administrative skills to positively influence program management in Inuit communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
