Inventory Control Associate – Warehouse

1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

A large distribution and fulfillment facility is seeking dependable Inventory Control Associates to support warehouse inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory movement, verifying product counts, researching discrepancies, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with warehouse systems and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
Perform inventory counts and cycle counts throughout the warehouse
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
Track product movement and maintain inventory accuracy
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to process inventory transactions
Verify inbound and outbound product quantities
Assist with inventory audits and reporting
Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory records
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
