Location & Work Model: Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw; Hybrid work – 2/3 days per week from the office.

About the role

We are looking for an IT Analyst to support Software Lifecycle Management initiatives across a large enterprise environment. In this role, you will help maintain and improve software lifecycle processes, support application owners and stakeholders in managing software obsolescence, and contribute to governance, reporting, and audit activities. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective software asset management and lifecycle compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Software Lifecycle Management processes across multiple Service Areas.
• Analyze software lifecycle data and identify obsolete software risks.
• Advise stakeholders and application owners on mitigation strategies.
• Support software lifecycle governance and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards related to software lifecycle metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve lifecycle management processes.
• Work with Software Asset Management tools and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software governance practices.

Requirements (must-have)

• Experience with Software Asset Lifecycle Management (SALM) or Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Good understanding of software lifecycle processes and governance.
• Good understanding of software and hardware technologies.
• Knowledge of software architecture and software governance.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Practical knowledge of Power BI.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven and proactive mindset.
• Professional English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with FlexeraOne or similar Software Asset Management platforms.
• Experience with FlexNet Manager Suite.
• Knowledge of Flexera ITAM.
• Knowledge of Flexera ITV.
• Experience with Flexera Data Platform.
• Experience supporting software audits.
• Experience working in enterprise environments.
