IT Business Process Analyst

About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced IT Business System Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver effective system solutions that support business goals. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business users to gather and analyze requirements for reporting and business intelligence solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and highlight system challengesParticipate in projects at team, departmental, and global levelsSupport application testing, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Monitor and track system issues to ensure timely resolutionDocument business processes, workflows, and standard operating proceduresAssist with incident management and change requestsTake on additional tasks as assigned by supervisors when needed Requirements & SkillsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field2–5 years of experience in IT or a similar Business System Analyst roleStrong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)Familiarity with SAP and MES systems is an advantageBasic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, ABAP, or Python is a plusExperience with Google Apps Script is an added advantageSelf-driven and comfortable working in a project-based environmentStrong team player with good collaboration skillsWilling to be placed in Batam
