Job Description
Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair system, application, or network issues such as password resets, connection problems, or software errors.Responsible for providing direct assistance for computer, OS (Windows), software, and peripheral (printer, scanner) issues in the office.Responsible for daily monitoring, inspection, and technical support for the operation and maintenance of IT equipment and company Cloud Servers.Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting of operating systems and IT-related equipment in the office. Qualifications1-3 years of work experience related to IT Helpdesk.Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian, both orally and in writing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Possible for high initiative and responsibility for assigned tasks.Able to work under pressure and meet targets on time.Possible for strong teamwork skills.Ready to assist outside of office hours in case of urgent incidents.
