SROA is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL and has invested, redeveloped, and developed self storage across the risk spectrum in major and secondary markets across the United States under the brand Storage Rentals of America and the UK under the brand Kangaroo Self Storage with approximately 900 employees globally.The IT Procurement Buyer is responsible for executing the end-to-end purchasing process to ensure newly acquired self-storage properties, existing assets, and headcount-related needs are fully equipped with the required technology and equipment for successful operations. This includes supporting new property acquisitions, ongoing operational needs at existing locations, and employee-related purchases such as hardware and equipment.This role focuses on transactional procurement activities, vendor coordination, and order management to support efficient, timely, and cost-effective purchasing across acquisitions and ongoing business operations.The Buyer works closely with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to process purchase requests, manage orders, and ensure accurate and compliant procurement activities.
