IT Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the IT project portfolio, from planning through delivery
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and the evolution of corporate systems
• Ensure proper prioritization of requests according to business impact and strategy
• Manage project schedules, scope, risks, costs, and quality
• Act as the interface between business areas and technology
• Promote governance, documentation, and standardization of project processes
• Monitor performance indicators and system evolution
• Coordinate technology vendors and partners
• Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and process optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management
• Experience in support and evolution of corporate systems
• Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and PMBOK)
• Experience with IT governance and demand management
• Knowledge of system integrations (APIs and web services)
• Experience with ERP and other corporate systems
• Experience in managing technology vendors and partners
• Knowledge in requirements analysis and solution design
