IT Project Manager - ERP Implementation

MCS Group is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of a new ERP system (12 month FTC). The Role Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP-related projects and business change initiativesManage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and governance activitiesCoordinate with third-party suppliers and implementation partnersDrive stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions and locationsSupport the design and adoption of new business processes while enhancing existing ways of workingEnsure effective change management, communication and user engagement throughout the programme life-cycleProduce and maintain project documentation, reporting and steering group updatesMonitor project progress and proactively address issues that may impact delivery timelinesThe PersonProven track record of managing ERP implementations is essential Proven experience delivering large-scale business or systems transformation projectsStrong project management and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing organisational change alongside technology deliveryAbility to work across multiple business functions and influence at all levelsStrong governance, reporting and documentation experienceExperience working with external suppliers and implementation partnersExposure to platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Workday or similar would be desirableFormal project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent) preferredSalary: £60k - £80k (DOE) Duration: 12 month fixed-term contract Location: Belfast - On-site working with limited work-from-home
