Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida (Sector 62) for an IT Recruitment Consultant (Mid-Level). The IT Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with hiring information technology professionals. The role includes sourcing candidates, interviewing, and placing them in the right job position.
The IT Recruitment Consultant will ensure that the candidate's skills match the role's requirements and that the hiring process runs smoothly.
Onsite - Logix Cyber Park, Sector 62Work Timings: 8 AM IST - 5 PM IST
QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this role is stationed in India and would assist in hiring for our APAC and international clients.Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer ScienceGood understanding of IT, banking, digital and modern technologiesMinimum 1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitmentExcellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in EnglishExcellent track record of successfully sourcing candidates for contract and permanent rolesCommitted and professional, self-driven to deliver consistentlyThis role would follow Singapore public holidays
ResponsibilitiesAssist in hiring resources for contract roles as well as permanent rolesCandidate outreach, sourcing & and research, salary negotiationsPrompt follow-up with candidates, courteous and professional attitudeBuild and maintain a talent poolMaintain proper documentationRelevant skills and qualifications that would benefit this role include having a strong network of IT professionals, experience in managing clients, and knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
