VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional IT Support Specialist (Service Delivery Technician) to join our EMEA End User Service (EUS). The position is based in Warsaw, Poland and primarily serves Poland, with support extended to selected countries in Northern and Western Europe.

The IT Support Specialist’s main responsibility is to enable VF employees to use technology efficiently across Poland and selected countries in Northern and Western Europe. In this role, you will provide advanced 1st and 2nd line technical support and troubleshooting while delivering excellent customer service to VF associates. The position is offered on an employment contract with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office).
How You Will Make a Difference
Provide support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues.
Identify, triage, and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity.
Accurately document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools.
Install and support company-required hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, phones, tablets) and software.
Provide service for face‑to‑face engagement with VF associates and remotely.
Assist users with new technology training when introducing new offerings, helping the VF workforce adapt and embrace technology to work more efficiently.
Accept various projects, develop work plans, and ensure timely completion as directed.
Accurately manage assets of corporate computer devices, peripherals, and stockroom.
Skills for Success
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
Preferably education in IT or related technological fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT environment with technical knowledge of workstation hardware and software, printers, network, smartphones, Android and iOS, etc.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages considered an asset.
Ability to travel to Lódź.
Strong analytical skills.
Interpersonal skills and a desire to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
Ability to work with peers in collaborative teams.
Good relational skills with a focus on rapport‑building, listening, and questioning skills will help you get the job done and go the extra mile. We are looking for:
A proactive team player, able to perform well under pressure.
Working knowledge of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
Computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (OS & Office 365), Apple Mac OS/iOS.
Perform at a high standard of efficiency and work independently.
Ability to lift packages up to 15 kg.
