Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: End User Support TechnicianLocation (city, state): Two Harbors, MN (onsite 5 days per week)Compensation: $30/hrBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Job Description:We are seeking an End User Support Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support across a manufacturing environment. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while supporting end users and ensuring reliable IT operations across multiple systems and facilities.Qualifications:2–5 years of desktop/end user support experienceStrong customer-facing and communication skillsExperience supporting Microsoft/O365, PCs, and general desktop environmentsAbility to manage client expectations and work with vendorsExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesComfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following safety protocolsKey Responsibilities:Provide onsite and remote technical support (hardware, software, network)Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipmentSupport network infrastructure including cabling, switches, and connectivityPartner with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issuesMaintain documentation, ticketing updates, and system recordsSupport plant systems including barcode scanners, VoIP phones, and wireless networksTrain end users and provide general IT guidanceAdditional Details:Onsite role based in Two Harbors, MNStandard background check and drug screening requiredInterview process includes technical and onsite meetingsOpportunity created due to internal promotionEqual Opportunity Employer Statement:Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
