Whats the roleWe are looking for a motivated IT Technician to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality technical services across multiple client engagements and internal projects. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical issues, ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering timely solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain reliable systems and support organizational goals. This is an on-site position based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver tailored business solutions.Analyze data to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Recommend process improvements and digitization to enhance operational efficiency.Gather and document business requirements through research, interviews, and workshops.Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and successful project delivery.Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision support.Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
What you needA Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.Demonstrate knowledge of VMware, Azure, O365, Linux, Windows Server, and other operating systems.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing.Build strong interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and users.Handle corporate information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
