This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewellery Sales Associate in Mumbai. The role entails assisting customers in finding and purchasing jewelry that suits their preferences, needs, and budgets. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, providing detailed knowledge about products, managing sales transactions, and maintaining product displays.

The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets while promoting the brand’s values and vision.

• Proficiency in customer service and sales practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
