This pivotal role requires you to devise effective strategies for clients, manage program compliance, and promote job readiness through workshops and fairs. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with employment program targets • Record client services in an electronic tracking system • Facilitate employer-related workshops • Develop training plans and client agreements • Maintain quality assurance in case management documentation
Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Two years' experience in job coaching preferred • Strong skills in relationship building • Availability for flexible working hours • Commitment to equity and inclusion practices
