Junior Architect / Interior Designer

Eighty8 Studio is seeking a motivated Junior Architect / Interior Designer to support design development, working drawings, and 3D visualisation across residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong balance of technical accuracy and visual communication.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and execution setsDevelop 2D drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailsCreate 3D models and high-quality visualizations for presentationsCoordinate with design teams, consultants, and site execution teamsIncorporate revisions and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulationsMaintain organized, professional drawing documentationSoftware Requirements (Essential)AutoCAD - Advanced proficiency is mandatory, especially for detailed working drawings and execution documentationSketchUp - Strong capability for 3D modeling and design developmentD5 Render / Enscape - Ability to produce high-quality, realistic renders for client presentationsCandidates must have strong, hands-on experience with the above tools. Profiles lacking proficiency in these will not be considered.Skills and AttributesSound understanding of construction detailing and materialsAbility to interpret architectural and structural drawingsStrong attention to detail and execution qualityEffective communication and coordination skillsAbility to work in a deadline-driven environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related fieldProficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools1-2 years of relevant experience preferredFreshers with exceptional software proficiency may be considered
