Junior Business Analyst

Hiring: IT Business Analyst (Contract) – Ontario

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile, Structured, and Object-Oriented methodologies
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and documentation
• Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, traceability matrices, and performance measures
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of CASE tools and AODA

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
• Lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare business cases, process maps, and project documentation
• Support the successful delivery of IT solutions
