Junior Copywriter

Who are you?

• You’re a confident writer who understands how brand voice, platform behaviour, and cultural context influence content. While you continue to write regularly, your role goes beyond execution — you bring stronger judgment to ideas, improve narrative clarity, and help sharpen the quality of work across the team.
• You’re comfortable interpreting briefs independently, structuring ideas through stronger writing, and ensuring that content feels native to the platforms it appears on.
• You also play an important role within the cluster by supporting junior writers, sharing references, and helping elevate the overall standard of content output.
• This role suits someone who enjoys both crafting strong copy and contributing to the thinking behind it.

What will you do?

• Write high-quality, platform-appropriate content across BAU and campaign deliverables.
• Ensure brand voice and tone are applied consistently across content formats.
• Interpret briefs independently and structure ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
• Bring relevant references, cultural insights, and benchmarks to strengthen ideas.
• Stay updated with cultural trends, creator behaviour, and platform formats.
• Support campaign work through strong writing, hooks, scripts, and narrative clarity.
• Review and guide junior writers where needed to improve quality and structure.
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Design, Video, and Brand Experience teams.
• Ensure content remains aligned with brand intent, audience behaviour, and campaign objectives
