✨ What You’ll Do

• Write compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, performance ads, influencer content & offline marketing

• Translate brand strategy and audience insights into high-impact storytelling

• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and business teams

• Lead ideation and contribute to creative concepts & campaign planning

• Conduct research to deeply understand products, users, and messaging

• Manage multiple projects end-to-end while meeting quality and timelines

• Optimize copy using feedback, data, and performance insights

• Mentor junior writers and uphold content quality benchmarks

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional command over English language, grammar & nuance

• Ability to adapt tone and style across platforms and funnel stages

• Strong conceptual thinking with a performance-driven mindset

• High attention to detail and comfort in fast-paced environments

• Strong understanding of social media marketing & performance copywriting

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications , or related field

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content, or brand marketing
