Junior data analyst

• Bachelor s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related fields.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Understanding of data analysis and data visualization concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or other Business Intelligence tools is considered an advantage.
• Intermediate to Advanced English (daily interaction with international offices).
• Spanish is a plus.

Minerva Foods is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our International Offices team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will support our global business by transforming data into meaningful insights, developing business reports and dashboards, and providing analytical support to our international commercial operations.

• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports.
• Support the development of Go-to-Market (GTM) presentations, executive reports, and strategic business reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely business insights.
• Validate data quality, identify reporting discrepancies, and ensure the reliability of business information.
• Collaborate with Minerva Foods International Offices to consolidate commercial and market data.
• Automate recurring reports and continuously improve reporting processes and analytical tools.
• Support business decision-making by providing accurate analyses and performance indicators.

• Previous experience (including internships) in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Planning, Finance, Business Analysis, or related areas.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business performance indicators.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in working in a dynamic, data-driven, and international business environment.
