Job Description Job Description Job Title: Junior Project Manager Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Type: Long-Term Contract Work Setting: Onsite Project Overview We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance critical systems across multiple airport facilities. These roles operate within a mission-critical infrastructure supporting airport operations, security, communications, and enterprise IT services. Successful candidates will help ensure smooth execution of IT projects in a highly structured operational environment.

Responsibilities Support planning and coordination of IT projects under the guidance of senior project managers to ensure successful execution of project activities Maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery of commitments Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and support escalation and resolution activities Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, document discussions, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders Support documentation, procurement tracking, and administrative project activities to ensure project governance compliance Requirements 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles Exposure to IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, or large operational environments Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Experience supporting project documentation and reporting activities Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies preferred Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
