Role
The Key Account Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Lima, with a mix of onsite collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, including partners, large clients, and strategic vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring account performance, analyzing data to identify opportunities, preparing business plans, and coordinating campaigns and initiatives to increase order volume and customer satisfaction.
The Key Account Manager will handle contract follow-up, resolve operational and service issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and finance. The role also involves regular communication with key stakeholders, forecasting demand, and reporting on account results to support decision-making and regional expansion.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow strategic relationships.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to interpret data, develop growth strategies, and prepare performance reports.
- Customer Service expertise focused on delivering high-quality support, resolving issues efficiently, and improving the client experience.
- Proficiency with Excel or similar tools, and familiarity with CRM or account management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in delivery, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Lima, with strong self-management and organizational skills.
