Shuman McCuskey Slicer PLLC is looking to hire an attorney licensed in Virginia with litigation experience to join our Winchester, Virginia office. SMS is a nationally recognized law firm with a proven reputation for providing aggressive litigation representation. We are open to considering a hybrid work arrangement. In addition to the base salary listed, associates are paid quarterly and annual bonuses based upon performance that can increase their compensation substantially.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You will be given the opportunity to try cases, take depositions, and argue motions.
