Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Reporting Analyst to transform complex data into meaningful financial and operational insights that support decision-making across our staffing business. This role combines hands-on Power BI development with core Financial Forecasting and Report ownership, supporting decision-making around revenue, margin, and workforce performance. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reforecasting processes, including headcount, revenue, and margin modeling across contract and permanent placements Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting packages to be deployed through Power Bi Deliver variance analysis on revenue, spreads, fill rates, and productivity metrics Partner with Finance, Sales, and Delivery to provide insight into client profitability, pricing, and program performance Who You Are You have 4–7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, or BI/reporting roles, ideally within staffing or professional services You have advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development) and Excel (financial modeling and analysis) You have a strong understanding of staffing financial drivers, including Bill/pay rates and spreads, contractor gross margin and burden impacts, and placement fees and revenue recognition You have experience working with large, multi-source datasets (ATS/CRM, financial systems) You have a proven ability to lead work through others in a fast-paced, cycle-driven environment You have a strong financial and operational mindset with a focus on revenue and margin drivers You are able to connect data, systems, and business performance into actionable insights You have a high attention to detail and ownership of reporting outputs You have strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders You have a proactive, builder mentality focused on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications You have experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM platforms You have experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, Pigment) You have a strong understanding of staffing KPIs (fill rates, time-to-fill, recruiter productivity, contractor retention) The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.
