Position Overview
The Lead Front Desk Associate is a key sales and leadership position responsible for managing incoming leads, driving membership sales, and setting the standard for front desk performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoys coaching others while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Proactively follow up on new leads via phone, text, and email to convert inquiries into booked appointments and membershipsConfidently present and sell The Lash Lounge membership options and retail productsTrack, manage, and nurture leads through the CRM systemMeet or exceed individual and team sales and membership goalsFront Desk Leadership
Serve as the lead and role model for front desk associates, setting expectations around sales, service, and professionalismAssist in training and coaching front desk staff on scripts, objection handling, and closing techniquesSupport daily front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and guest flowGuest Experience
Create a welcoming, luxury experience for every guestboth in person and over the phoneResolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindsetEnsure accurate guest records, memberships, and paymentsOperations & Administrative Duties
Open and/or close the salon as neededMaintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and brand standardsSupport management with reporting on leads, memberships, and front desk performanceOther duties as assignedQualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, front desk, hospitality, or customer service (membership-based spa/salon experience preferred)Proven ability to sell memberships, packages, or recurring servicesStrong phone presence and confidence handling objectionsLeadership mindset with the ability to coach and motivate othersOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with goals and metricsFlexible availability, including evenings and weekendsWhat We Are Looking For
