As a family-owned company with deep roots in the community, we are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys helping develop the next generation of technicians.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed

What You'll Do:

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Guide and train installation helpers in proper techniques
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer service
• Diagnose and address installation-related concerns
• Communicate with homeowners and provide professional solutions
• Properly use HVAC tools, equipment, and testing devices

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Previous lead installer or crew lead experience preferred
• Ability to train and mentor less experienced team members
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices
• Basic HVAC hand tools required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs when needed
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and varying jobsite conditions
• Ability to safely climb step and extension ladders
