Acme Awning Company is seeking a dedicated Awning Installer to join our team in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area, where you'll play a vital role in transforming residential and commercial properties!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Installation Leadership: Lead and direct installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Installation Execution: Install awnings, pergolas, and other outdoor solutions with precision and care, utilizing ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently. - Quality Control: Inspect installations to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations. - Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to address questions, concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the final product. - Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installations. - Material Handling and Organization: Ensure proper loading, unloading, and organization of materials at the job site and in the shop. - Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Comfortable using common construction and installation tools. - Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and be active all day. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Dependable, positive, and professional. - Experience in construction, installation, or hands-on field work

WHAT WE OFFER: Compensation $32-$38 per hour DOE 8 hour shift Monday to Friday + OT opportunity Year round work On-the-job training No nights No overnight travel Production bonuses Tools paid by company Health Insurance: 80% of employees paid by employer Dental Insurance: 100% paid by employer 401k + Match PTO (paid time off) Paid Holidays (9 days)
