Lead Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our Pre-Primary wing and create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young learners.

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to 2 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Encourage learning through play, creativity, and interactive teaching methods.
• Monitor and assess children's developmental progress.
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and feedback.
• Organize classroom activities, events, and celebrations.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional development of every child.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain high teaching standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a preschool or early years setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Creative, patient, energetic, and well-organized.
• Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
