Lead Project Planning & Control (Hospitality)

Job Description

Schedule, progress and resource control for the project by validating baselines and progress measurement through PMC. Critical path, constraints and look-ahead governance to trigger early warnings and recovery plans, integrated reporting for leadership decisions, ensuring changes are time-impact assessed and closures are tracked, maintaining decision and action logs to keep execution unblocked.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Review GC master schedule, milestone plan and logic; validate sequencing and critical path.

• Drive look-ahead planning and constraint log; coordinate removals with PMC/GC and track closures.
\n
• Validate progress measurement method (quantities/earned progress) and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
\n
• Monitor resource mobilization plans (manpower, equipment) and flag gaps impacting milestones.
\n
• Maintain integrated dashboards and prepare governance packs for weekly/monthly reviews.
\n
• Support time impact analysis for changes/variations; maintain baseline and revision history discipline.
\n
• Demand recovery plans for slippages; track effectiveness and escalate unresolved risks.
\n
• Maintain decision log, action tracker and escalation ageing; ensure closure SLAs are met.

Education

\n
• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Construction disciplines.
\n
• 8+ years of experience in project planning and execution for luxury Commercial/Hotel/Hospitality projects.
\n
• Experience in QS Billing and Cost tracking.
\n
• PMP certification is added advantage.
\n
