Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a polished, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Atwater at Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, FL. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships, guiding prospects through a consultative leasing journey, and delivering an elevated living experience from first impression to move-in.If you are energized by relationship-based sales, skilled at managing a structured follow-up process within a CRM, and passionate about providing five-star service, we’d love to meet you. ResponsibilitiesRelationship-Based Sales & Prospect EngagementBuild authentic relationships with prospective residents through personalized, consultative conversations.Identify prospect needs and match them with the ideal apartment home and community amenities.Conduct engaging property tours that highlight lifestyle benefits and unique selling points.Maintain consistent follow-up communication to nurture leads and convert prospects into residents.Meet and exceed monthly leasing and occupancy goals.End-to-End Leasing Process Management Guide prospects through the entire leasing lifecycle: inquiry, tour, application, approval, and move-in.Clearly explain lease terms, pricing, policies, and community standards.Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure apartment readiness.Facilitate a seamless move-in experience that sets the tone for long-term resident satisfaction.CRM & Pipeline ManagementAccurately document all prospect interactions within the CRM system.Manage lead flow, schedule follow-ups, and track conversion metrics.Utilize CRM reporting tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities.Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.Resident Experience & Community EngagementSupport resident retention efforts through ongoing relationship management.Assist with resident events and community initiatives.
Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries and concerns.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in leasing, luxury retail, hospitality, or consultative sales preferred.Proven success in relationship-driven sales environments.Experience working within a CRM platform (Yardi or Welcome Home preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset.Highly organized with strong follow-through.Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.Willingness/ability to work occasional overtimeYou are not just closing leases — you are creating connections.
