Vendor Contracts Administrator/AttorneyThe Vendor Contracts Administrator/Attorney is responsible for managing and overseeing contractual agreements between the Company and its vendors. This role supports the review, negotiation, execution, and administration of vendor contracts, helping to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with legal, business, and organizational requirements.ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, and edit vendor contracts submitted by internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and appropriate risk mitigationCoordinate contract review, approval, and execution processes in accordance with Company policiesMaintain and update standard form agreements, templates, and negotiation playbooksEnsure consistency in contract language and positioning across vendor agreementsSupport and participate in negotiations with vendors to achieve commercially reasonable and mutually beneficial termsEscalate legal or risk-related issues as appropriatePartner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide timely contract supportDevelop and maintain clear processes and response protocols for contract submissions, demonstrating a strong customer-service mindsetClearly communicate contract terms, obligations, and risks to internal stakeholders and, as needed, external partiesServe as a point of contact for contract-related questions throughout the contract lifecycleTrack contract workflow, cycle times, and key metrics to support workload management and continuous process improvementThe BenefitsChallenging position with a financially stable and reputable company (NYSE: ROL)Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity & life insurance401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase planTeammate discounts, tuition reimbursement, and dependent scholarship awardsPaid Time OffOpportunity for hybrid office and home-based working arrangements once onboarded and trained. A legal background is often preferred5 years' work experience in contract administration/law, preferably vendor contractsPossession of relevant certifications, such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), may be advantageousUnderstanding of contract law and relevant legal principles is crucialPrecision in reviewing and drafting contracts to avoid errors and ambiguitiesAbility to engage in effective and fair negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes that comply with legal and organizational requirementsCapability to manage and prioritize multiple contracts and deadlinesClear and concise communication, both written and verbal, is essentialAbility to issue spot, assess risks, and make informed decisions in the best interest of the organizationFamiliarity with artificial intelligence and other relevant software/toolsUnderstanding of business operations and industry dynamicsPhysical Demands / Working Environment:We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.
