Legal Assistant – Personal Injury (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Assistant to support a busy Personal Injury team in a fast-paced law office environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of legal assistant experience , with specific exposure to Personal Injury matters and the ability to manage tasks independently while supporting attorneys and paralegals.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Suwanee, GA.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings

Assist attorneys with case preparation, including discovery, demands, reports, and filings

Maintain case files and ensure documents are properly indexed and up to date

Communicate with clients, medical providers, vendors, and opposing counsel in a professional manner

Support intake and case opening processes

Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings

Assist with court filings, records requests, and document management

Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role

Personal Injury background required — familiarity with personal injury workflows and terminology

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Prior experience with legal case management software is a plus

Professional, client‑focused demeanor
