We are seeking a Legal Associate to join our specialised practice.
Practice Areas: PMLA, FEMA, GST, and White Collar Crime.
Experience: 0-3 Years (Recent Graduates welcome).
Requirement:
Drafting: Prepare appeals, petitions, replies to SCNs, and legal notices for PMLA, FEMA, and GST matters.Research: Conduct deep-dive jurisprudence research into economic offences and regulatory updates.Case Support: Assist in strategy and briefing for matters before the ED, High Courts, and Tribunals.Education: LL.B. or Integrated Law Degree.Skills: Drafting ability and a solid legal understanding of criminal and tax frameworks.Tools: Proficient in SCC Online and Manupatra.
