Safeguard company interests. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Draft and vet contracts. 2.
Coordinate with legal counsel. 3. Monitor law changes. 4. Represent company. 5.
Maintain compliance records/ case papers. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED LLB / LLM qualification. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Strong leadership, analytical skills and process orientation.
