Manager - Legal Compliance Role Summary To manage legal, contractual, and regulatory risks associated with gig workforce operations. Key Responsibilities Draft and review gig worker agreements, vendor contracts, and aggregator policies. Handle legal notices, disputes, and labour litigation. Ensure compliance with evolving gig worker and platform regulations. Advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with external legal counsel when required. Monitor compliance under labour codes and social security provisions. Support in drafting SOPs, policies, and governance framework.

Eligibility LLB/LLM with 5-10 years of experience. Prior experience in gig economy platforms or large workforce aggregator companies. Strong knowledge of labour laws, contract law, and regulatory compliance. Experience in handling multi-state legal matters.
