Legal Counsel - In-house Credit Insurance / Transactional *London based, hybrid working *Financial Services organisation *2-4 PQE SSQ are partnered with a major Financial Services organisation to recruit a Legal Counsel to their Credit Insurance team. Working closely with the lean team in a global role, this position will be an advisory role working closely with outsourced clients on complex transactions, credit and lending matters. Description This position will advise internal and external lenders on complex insurance transactions The candidate will also need to review and negotiate amendments to policies within the insurance market Involving collaboration with internal and external counsel on amending the policy to fit with any variation to transactions Manage the end-to-end progress of complex transactions Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external lenders Specialist knowledge of the insurance, credit and transactional lending sectors Experience required 2-5 years of post-qualification experience required Experience from in-house or private practice will be considered Exposure to Credit Insurance or Structured Finance with involvement in complex transactions required Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, building relationships, and presenting to external counsel when required For more information on how to apply, please contact me at [email protected] / 07534087340
