LEGAL INTERN LATAM
Location: São Paulo – São Paulo - Brazil
Hybrid (3x at Vila Olimpia´s office – from Tuesday to Thursday – from 10am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch)

What you will do:
Basic Functions and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analysis of low complexity contracts and demands;
- Organize department files and documents (physical and/or digital);
- Analysis of commercial law, administrative/public law, labor law, data protection and compliance law, among others;
- Research legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence in Latin America;
- Learn/Prepare routine legal and data protection documents, such as: reports, notifications, low complexity manifestations, memos, etc.;
- Learn/Prepare routine compliance documents, such as: reports, notifications, low complexity manifestations, memos, due diligences, vendors qualification, etc.;
- Checking and sending all kinds of legal, compliance and data protection documents for signature;
- Assist in internal legal, compliance and data protection demands received from other areas/departments of the company.
Requirements:
- Studying Law from the 2nd, 3rd year onwards;
- Be proactive, organized and interested;
- Good writing/grammar and communication;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Desirable previous experience with contracts, compliance, and data protection (LGPD); (in legal department or law firm);
- Desirable prior knowledge/interest in the medicine/pharmaceutical area;
- Intermediate/Advanced English for reading and writing (daily use)
- Basic Spanish (desirable only; not a disqualifying factor)
- Desire to learn;
- Be interested and compromised with the team and organization.
