Lettings and Events manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Lettings & Events Manager to lead the development and delivery of a school trust's income-generating activities.This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a diverse portfolio of lettings and events-from 4G sports pitches and facilities hire to wedding and community event venues-while ensuring day-to-day operations continue to run smoothly.You will take ownership of reviewing and enhancing the existing commercial strategy, improving processes and systems, and unlocking new revenue opportunities across our estate.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of lettings and event operations across the trustReview and overhaul current commercial strategy, pricing models, and processesDrive income growth through improved utilisation of facilities, including sports pitches and venue spacesDevelop and promote event offerings (e.g. weddings, corporate hire, community events)Maintain and improve customer experience, from initial enquiry through to deliveryEnsure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory requirementsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, local communities, and external partnersManage bookings, staffing, contracts, invoicing, and reporting, ensuring efficient systems and controlsIdentify new commercial opportunities aligned with the trust's values and wider community impactAbout YouWe are looking for a proactive and innovative individual with a strong commercial mindset.
