What You'll Do

Every day brings the opportunity to make an impact.

As a Cosmetology Educator, you'll guide students through both the artistic and technical aspects of cosmetology while preparing them for successful careers in the beauty industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging classroom and hands-on instruction
• Demonstrating cutting, coloring, styling, and cosmetology techniques
• Providing individualized coaching and feedback
• Helping students build confidence and professional habits
• Preparing students for their state board examinations
• Creating a supportive, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Collaborating with fellow educators to deliver an exceptional educational experience

You'll serve as a mentor, coach, and role model while helping students discover their strengths and develop their talents.

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling based on availability, with classes running:

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM

Friday & Saturday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Instructor's License
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
