Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Duties

• Manage daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
• Supervise staff, including nurses and support personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial health and sustainability of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding assisted living and memory care.
• Advocate for resident rights, ensuring that all residents receive dignified and respectful care.
• Oversee admissions processes and coordinate care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and improve resident outcomes.
• Implement operational policies and procedures that promote efficient management of the facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within a nursing home or similar senior care environment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial management in healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with regulations governing assisted living, group homes, and memory care facilities.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to advocating for the needs of seniors.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on interpersonal relations.
• A degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
