Flowers Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a private duty skilled nursing case in Douglasville, Georgia.

This position involves providing one on one in home skilled nursing care for a client requiring PEG tube feeding assistance and ongoing medical oversight in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:


Provide skilled nursing care in the client’s home

Assist with PEG tube feedings and related care

Monitor and document client condition and progress

Administer care according to the care plan

Communicate effectively with family members and care team

Maintain a safe and compassionate care environment

Requirements:


Active Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Experience with PEG tube feedings preferred

Current CPR certification

Reliable transportation

Professional, compassionate, and dependable

Strong communication and documentation skills
