LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Life Care Centers is seeking a compassionate LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide direct, patient-first nursing care to seniors in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with treatments, and accurately documenting care.
