Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.QualificationsEducation:High school diploma or GED equivalentLicensure:Graduate of an accredited practical nursing programMust hold and maintain a current LPN license in Missouri and meet all State Board of Nursing requirementsComparable education experience and successful licensure may be consideredExperience:New graduates and experienced LPNs welcomeCertifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire)LPN-IV Certification completed prior to hire or within 3 months (up to 1 year based on unit requirements)Physical Requirements:Frequent standing and walking throughout shiftSignificant bending, stooping, and patient lifting/turning with assistanceAbility to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs.
