Responsibilities May Include:

• Medication administration
• Skilled nursing assessments 
• Trach/vent care (if applicable)
• G-tube management
• Wound care
• Patient & family education

 Accurate documentation Requirements:

• Active GA RN or LPN license (or compact)
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license
• TB test (current per guidelines)
•  Authorized to work in the U.S.
