What You’ll Do

• Meet with motivated homebuyers and guide them through the entire purchase process

• Understand client needs and match them with the right properties

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to convert leads into closings

• Deliver a top-tier client experience that drives referrals and repeat business

• Manage your pipeline using our CRM and scheduling systems

• Host open houses using team-provided leads

• Participate in weekly training and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Active Real Estate License (Maryland)

• Full-time commitment and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools
