About Us
The Llama Company encompasses the modern Peruvian dining experience, bringing cuisines such as Chifa
(Chinese-Peruvian) and Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) into the spotlight.
Llama Inn, our first restaurant, is a modern Peruvian restaurant located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We
combine traditional Peruvian flavors and techniques and reinvigorate the style within our New York
environment. Accolades include a two-star New York Times review, four Michelin Bib Gourmand
recognitions, and four stars from New York Magazine. Our bar program infuses the flavors of Peru into
culinary cocktails with a deep focus on Latin American spirits.
Later followed Llama San, a Peruvian-Japanese (Nikkei) restaurant in the West Village. We introduced Nikkei
cuisine to NYC and our Llama Inn fan base. Accolades include a three-star New York Times review, a 2022
James Beard Foundation nomination for Outstanding Bar Program, and recognition as a 2022 Tales of
the Cocktail Top 10 Regional Honoree for Best U.S. Restaurant Bar.
And across the Atlantic, our international expansion includes Llama Inn Madrid.
